office equlpment 15 new and consists of the laptop which cost £983.50. As this
type of equipment is not long lasting. It will be depreciated over 3 years.
Debtors, people owing us money. there were no bad debt5. The balance shown
includes future parties and events plus invoice5 for March, sent out on the last
day.
As we had a few parties notturn up and not pay. I now put a payment date on
their invoice of approx. 2 weeks before the event. Giving me time to chase up
before a wasted booking.
Fayres I will try and amend this heading, but it is the money raised by the
Villa8e Hall Committee. Due to circumstances, nothing was raised until the
Family Advent Day which raised £1125. Bingo raised £299 and the recycling day
which was more a Service than a fundraiser made a profit of £13 on
refreshments.

Donations include the Gefion dog group who ran a show in Vittoria Park £375.
Sue Marshman Crafts £643 and the Percy Foundation £400.
Sale of Books Hopefully this will increase as we receive donations. swap with
other group5 and sell on line. January to March this year made £120.96.
Telephone is the wi-fi. This is not only an expetted service but conveys the
heating, alarms and CCTVto mana8ement phones.
Premises Expenses This is the big one: Includes £1024 spent on CCTV. Smoke
Alarms £620. Kitchen water heater £456, New side door £1083, Repairs to
sliding doors £507.
Drainage Repairs at the end of the year were £6800 and there was further work
in April amounting to £5420, which will show in next year's accounts.
Licences are for music and alcohol. It is possible for people hiring the hall to
play music until 11pm. The Village Hall itself is not covered.
Events in the hall must close by 11pm. The hall must be fully vacated bv
11.30pm. This is to adhere to Noise Abatement Advice. It is also the same in
other halls.
