HERTFORDSHIRE FEDERATION OF YOUNG FARMERS CLUB The Hertfordshire County Showground, Dunstable Road, Redbourn, Herts, AL3 7PT ANNUAL TRUSTEES REPORT 2024 – 2025 Charity No: 302512 As Trustees of the above organisation we have found that this year the organisation have done very well in their fundraising. Their efforts have been extraordinary, they organized a 80[th] year county ball, this was distributed to all our ex members. 350 of them came together for a fantastic evening of chat, laughter and meeting all our old friends which some we hadn’t seen for many many years. The event was a huge success. Proceeds of the ball were sent to Herts and Essex Air Ambulance and the total cost of profit was £13,000 of which half went to the Air ambulanace and the rest to our county funds towards the running of the county. We also had a great rally which took place in May 2025. Lots of new members came along and many of our existing to participate in a huge array of different competitions from cookery, photography, needlecraft, metalwork, then all the fun competitions on the day. Lots of parents supported their children, the weather helped and it was lovely to see so many members having such fun and also learning new skills in the various on the day competitions. In our reserves we had £24,011 which will gain a small amount of interest each year but is there in a safe account. We have had a great committee of members over the past year and we will thrive to continue the enthusiasm for future years to come. Signed by Trustees of the above organisation.
