TRUSTEES REPORT
YEAR ENDED 31[st] AUGUST 2023
This year has seen the retirement of our long serving secretary and booking secretary who both contributed many hours of voluntary work over many years to the community centre. Our caretaker has also left for pastures new and we thank them all for their efforts over a long period of time.
Thankfully, we have excellent people to fill these vacancies and the community centre continues to flourish under a committee of very committed volunteers. Special mention must be made of the exceptional way our old and historic building is maintained which demands plenty of effort and skill.
Bookings continue to be buoyant and there is no doubt that our centre plays an important role in the Walsworth community and beyond. My thanks to all those volunteers who work so hard to maintain that.
