1. Basis of Preparation of Accounts
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 using the accruals concept.
2. Debtors
Debtors relating to the invoices raised by the charity for affiliated club rents and public hall hire that were unpaid at the year end. The hire period was the financial year. It also includes utility and council accounts that are in credit at the end of the financial year.
3. Creditors
Creditors relate to expenditure incurred during the financial year and unpaid at the balance sheet date, and petty cash owed to Trustees for amounts disbursed on behalf of the Trust during the year.
