Association
I Teport on the accounts of Adeyfield Neighbouhood Association for the period ended 31
March 2024 which comprise the incotnc and ex￿nditUre accounL balance sheet and related
notes.
This report is made solely to the ttustees in accordance with Sections 145 of the Charities Act.
My work has been undertaken so that I might stale to the charity's tsvstees those matters l am
required to state to them in an Indqrndcnt Examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the
Ilest extent permitted by law. I do not a¢¢￿t or assume rcsp)nsibility to anyone other than
the charity and the charity's trustees for my examination work.

The charity's trustee5 are responsible for the preparation of the accounls. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not r¢quircd for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the

Basis of indepeDdent examiners report
My examination was Ca￿led out in accordanee with thc General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioner. An examination in¢lud¢5 a revi¢w of the a¢¢ountlDg records kept by the charity and a
omparison of the a¢¢ounts prescnted with those r¢coTds. It also includes ¢onsid¢ralion ofany unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning
any such matters. The procedures undertaken do ￿t provide all the evidence that would be r¢quircd
in an audit and. consequently no opinion is give as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair
view, and thc report is limited io this matters set oul in the statement below.
