**Objects:** PURPOSES OF THE 18TH BASINGSTOKE (OLD BASING) SCOUT GROUP AND THE 1ST OLD BASING GUIDE COMPANY (AND ITS ASSOCIATED BROWNIE AND RANGER COMPANIES).

**Activities:** We maintain the joint Scout and Guide Hall and Outdoor facilities in Old Basing, Supporting Squirrels to Explores and Rainbows to Guides. Our charity provides safe, accessible spaces for inclusive activities that build skills, confidence and community for local people. Creating a space for adventure to thrive.
