## 1. Annual Financial Report 

The AFR will be circulated after the meeting and agreed by email. 

2. Chairman’s Annual Report 

The Chairman provided a written report which is attached to these minutes. 

3. Electon of Chairman 

SD was nominated for the post of chairman. Proposed by SC, seconded by KM. Agreed unanimously. JM to take the appropriate action with the Charities Commission. Official address and bank details to remain unchanged for convenience 

## 4. AOB. 

There was no AOB 

## 5. Dates of next meetng 

The next Annual General Meeting will be held at 3:30pm in October 2024 at the Holy Rood Church.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 March 2024.
Responsibilities and The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
basis of report accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
The examination has been completed. I confirm that no material matters
have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives
me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
Independent
examiner's statement .
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
