unkn¢)wn to usthe two mÈtsrs newcommunicatsd. Resultwasthèt we received e5ttmatrd
readin8s lora lon8 periodof time. We paid the eTher8y bills by Direct Debrt. the bills were pa6e5 Ion8
& the refenie to'e5trtnated bills. wastucked away on the last page. hence notpicked up by us. As
enersyc05t5 rose our Dlrett ￿bit paymentsto Uwwere increased several times, to Ihe pointof
serk>us toncern. Electridtywas èlways OK but gas charges went io rkllculous ￿Vels. I have a blll
