**Objects:** 1.  TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MEANS OF LEISURE ACTIVITIES, TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES IN RELATION TO THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.2.  SUBJECT TO (1), TO PROMOTE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF POKESDOWN AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND TO PROVIDE THEM WITH FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** the Charity continues to operate as a youth centre in the Southbourne area of Bournemouth, being one of the oldest youth clubs in the country where thousands of young people have benefited over 100 plus years.  The centre has had its first year open in the new guise as a world class My Place centre meeting the needs of young people in the 21st century.
