The<br>Pavilion has subsequently been completely<br>refurbished and is now a well-appointed<br>meeting room for small events, a teaching<br>space, a fitness studio, and music and<br>dance venue.<br>Hambledon Village Hall and Pavilion are at<br>the heart of village life**,**offering safe,<br>modern, clean, and environmentally sound<br>facilities<br>to<br>local<br>individuals<br>and<br>organisations, at affordable rates consistent<br>with the maintenance, upkeep and long-<br>term viability of the facilities.<br>The facilities are in constant use by people<br>of all ages for a wide range of activities<br>throughout the year, including Scouts, Arts<br>Society, Horticultural Society, sports and<br>exercise groups, Women’s Institute, and<br>seniors’ Lunch Club. The strong ethos of<br>community in the village of Hambledon<br>owes much to this provision of a well-<br>designed and maintained venue in which to<br>gather.<br>One of our many regular hirers is the_Dare 2_<br>_Dream Foundation_, a charity which offers<br>bespoke programs to support the well-being<br>of vulnerable young people. The clinic of the<br>Denmead Medical Centre, open three<br>mornings per week in the hall, is another<br>benefit to the community that we are proud<br>to support.|

The sum of £1200.00 was also<br>donated by the Hambledon Folk Club for the<br>provision of new chairs in the Pavilion. The<br>Pavilion<br>was<br>consequently<br>completely<br>refurbished to a very high standard, and is<br>now in constant demand as a venue.<br>All other funds are raised through hirers’<br>fees, which are used to maintain and<br>improve the facilities.|
