Th¢ Trustees present their report togetherwith the acc(MJnts forthe year ended 31 December 2024. The
accounts have been piepared in accordance with the ¢h8fttys Trust Deed and the Government guidelines
for small charities.
The charity is a trust constituted under a trust dated 5 April 1961 as amended bythe scheme dated 14

The objectives of the charity are provision and maintenance of the village hall in Ewshoi.
The trustees are responsÉble for controllingthevKJrk. management and administration of the charity and
ensuring that the charity provides building. facilities and open space for recre8tion. to the residents of
Ewshot and the surrounding local areas. These must be maintsined in good working order.
Dtsringthe year regular repairs and maintenance continued and in¢luded work done on wheelchair
access Bnd handrails. fire exit 8nd insulation making improvements for health 8nd s8fety reasons. Grants
have been received from the Ewshot Parish Council. Hart Council and the UK Government through the UK
Shgred Prosperity Fund. towards Ihe costs of these rnuch-needed improvements.
Duringthe yearthe charity had ex¢ess revenue over expenditure of É12.577 to help build up the reserves.
The current reseNes of £33.935 8re repTeserrted by unrestricted balances at bank. The trustees consider
the current level of reserves to be odequate.

charity for the year ended 31 December 2024.

accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in iespect of my examination ol the Trusts, accounts Carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I have followed the applicable Directions gr¥en by
the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
