(effective 1st January 20151.
Structure, govemance anil management
The trust was established under tnjst deed d8ted 28th October 1966 and is a registered chanty,
number 301697.
The power of appointing tnJste8s is contained in the constitution acbpted on 20th August 1974.
Trustees
The trustees named on page 1 have Served throughout the year. Appointment of ttustees 15
govemed by the Trust deed of the ch8rity. The Board of Trustee5 is authorised to appoint new
trustees to fill valznaes arising through resignation or death of an exsting trnstee.
Investment Powers
The trust deed authorises the trustees to make and hold investrnents using general fund5 of the
chanty, but no 5u¢h investments are presendy he￿.
Oblectfves and a¢tlvities
Th8 objectives of the chanty are lo promote the benefit of the inhabitants ol StocfvO￿ and the
neighb￿rhood and to ￿ta￿lsh and manage 8 cornmunty centre.
Developments, actlvllles and achlevements thls year
The trustees consider that the perforrnan￿ of the ch8rity thi8 year has been satisfactrry.
Flnanclal revlew
Funds available are suffioenl to pennil the charity lo ￿nts.￿Ue in operation in the medium term given
This agreement pmvides all proffts of the cornpany to be transferred to the charity and is show
in the financial statements as rent received. Losses of the company are charged to The Charity as
rent payable. Should either this arrangement discontinue, or the company cease to make
regukr profits, then further financval support would need to be sought in the longer tetm.
Rlsk management
The trustees actively rewew the major risks which the charity faces on a reguL8r basis and beI￿ve
that maintaining reserves at current levds. ￿mbIned wth an annual remew of the controls over key
financial 5ySterHs, will provide sufficient reS0￿r￿S in the event of adverse ￿ndItiOnS. The trustees
have also examined other operèlional and business risks fa￿ by the charity and ￿nfirM that they
have established systems to mitigate the significant risks.

Future developments
The ¢harity has no plans to d)ange its actiMti8s in the near future.
Reserves Pollcy
It Is the ￿lIcY of the charity to keep reserves unrestricted in otder to give maximum fle￿lK"IrtY
over the funds available with whid) to setue the costs of the charity. As at 28th October 2024 reserves
held totalled £63,41112023.. £72,2TII.
Public benefit
The Board has had regard for the Charty Commission's guidance on public benefit. The
AssO￿ation provides benefit to Ihe local cornmunity by managing a comrnunity wtre
for the k)¢al inhabitants.

stat8m&nts. The chanty constitutes a public ￿nefit tnlity as defined by FRS 102.
