Réview of the financlal statements
The financial statements show Ihat tot￿ income for tho year amounted to £83,394
against which expenditure of the Federation amounted to £56.921, leading lo a
surplLfS for the year of £6,473.
We were fothnate to Itave the supwrt of the Indmduals and organisations listed In the
Review of the Developments.
Despite the hard work put in to the events by a large numberof people thi8 year, the
still rising cost of living is sts"Il impaGting us as a F￿elatiOn. Thanks are du6 eo Tom
Sellar, Ellie Westaway and Bronte Johnston ￿ have tirelessty this year for
the Federation Ma￿ng all of our events happen.
Cfverall, the Trustees are satisfied the fin8ncla pOS￿"0n at the end of the year.
The F￿eratIOn still has signiftcanl reserves awlable.

The trustees are responsible for prep￿ng the Trustees, Report and the finanual stalemerts
in accordance with applic4bfe law and United Fth"ngdcm A¢o)untiny Standards {Uniled
Kingdom Generally Accepted A￿Ounting Practice).
The law applicaLle to charities in England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare

charity for that year.

Basis of preparation
The finandal statements have teen prepared In accordance wth the charfty's
goveming document. the Charfties A¢t 20118nd "Accounting and Reporting by
Charities: Statement of RecommerKled Practice OP￿IGable to charities preparing their
accounts In S￿OrdanCe wth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK
and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective 1 January 2019)" {the SORP). The chaiity
is a Public Benefit Enb'ty as defined by FRS 102.
The charity has taken &Jvantage of the provlsws in the SORP for charities not to
prepare a Statement of Cash Flows.
