This enables ihe AssKiati(m to raise more fi￿dS io further their activities. The objectives of the Association are: To advance education and to provide fa¢iliti¢s in the interest of the social welfare and recreation and leisure-time ￿¢uP811￿n with the obje¢t of improvin8 conditions of life for the inhabitants of the Tuffley aThJ Podsm¢ad ward8 of the City of Gloucester. To establish a Community Centre. The Asso¢i8tion is registered with the Clwity Commission and has its own Court¢il whieh meets the sttond Wednesday of every month. The Council consists of lis own Exe¢uiive Committee and representstives from other groups and users of ihe centre. Groups include: Fitness Model Gaming Club Country & W¢s¢¢rn Musi¢ P¢rfomian¢e Slimming World Wine Circle WRVS The Executive Committee consists of a Chair. Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Se¢r¢tary and Tr￿urer are elected at the Annual Generdl Meelin& Chair and Vice Chair are ele¢d at I meeting after the AGM. There are two Trusttts of the Ass(Kiation. Membership of the Association entitles th41 Member io membership of the Social Club. The Social Club has its own mle and is regulaied by the Industri41 and Provident Societies Act and is controlled by the Financial Servi¢¢s Authority (FSA) now Fitw)cial Conduct Authority. The Association makes wsvision for activities such as Darts, Skittles, Children's Activities Room and Table Tennis.
