**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF CLIFFORDS MENSE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, AND CLASSES, AND THE FORMS OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The village hall serves all members of the community in and around the village of Cliffords Mesne. Activities include: Dinners and social gatherings, entertainments (visiting theatre groups etc.),  village markets, Monday morning book club, meetings etc. All money raised is used for the upkeep of the hall.
