The charity's truste consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 199 (the 1993 Act), however an independent examination is needed in order to comply with the charity's governing document. It is my responsibility to: - examine the accounts under section 43 of the 1993 Act - to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commisioners under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act, and - to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. ## **Basis of independent examiner's report** My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also include consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The charity' consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 43(2) of the Charities A (the 1993 Act), however an independent examination is needed in order to comply with charity's governing document. It is my responsibility to: - examine the accounts under section 43(3)(a) of the 1993 Act - to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commisioners under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act, and - to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. ## **Basis of independent examiner's report** My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records ke by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explana from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The c consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Char (the Charities Act), however an independent examination is needed in order to c charity's governing document. It is my responsibility to: - examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act, - to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Chari Commisioners (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act), and - to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. ## **Basis of independent examiner's statement** My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting rec by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. I consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking e from the trustees concerning any such matters.
