Responslbilities and AS the charty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the pr8paration
basls of rnport of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe ACV).
I report in respect of my examination of the Tru8t's accourrt8 carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charrty Commi88ion
under se¢tJ'on 145{5)Ib) of the A¢t.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disdosed b81ow ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to belbeve Ihat in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept In ac￿rdanCe wrth section 130 of

The Trustees have drfficuty finding new Trustees. The accounts are run
extemally and ar8 checked monthly by an extemal examiner and reported to
the Trustees at their monthly meetings.
Th8 funds are in good shape and a￿hoUgh not making a lot of money. they
have good reserves for any eventualitses.
