The truslees have had ragard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefrt. Reserves pollcy The trustees have reviewed the charrty's need for reseives in line yth the guidance given by the Charity Commission. The trustees are of the oiinion that the level of reseNes held should be adequate to ensure that the village hall arKI grourKls can be maintained to a high standafd. Further redecoration arKI electrical works need to be carned out. Future of Ihe trust After the close of business of the trust on 31 March 2025. all of the trust's assets and liabilities were Iransferyed under a General Vestin9 Declaration to a Charitable Incorporated Organisalion which during the year had been regislered wtth the Charity Commission under referen 1209354 also under the name of Stock Village Hall. on all of the fomialities of the transfer have been completed, Ihe charitable trust will become domant and application will be made lo The Charity Commission for Ihe charitable trust to cease lo be registered as a chanty, and rt will be closed down. These are therefo the final accounts of the charitable trust.

Respective responsibili1S of trustees and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 {the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to-. examine the accounts under section 145 of the Chanties Act., to follow the procedures laid down In the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145{5)(b) of the Charities Act), and to stale whether particutar matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examin8rfs statement My examination was carried out in accordan wtth Ihe general directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the accounts presented wrth those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts esent a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited lo those matters sel OLrt in the statement below.
