up for summer evening prattice. The club ha5
two ground5 at Harlow and runs five Saturday
team5, one Sunday teams and Colts of under

Splcers Fleld is slill the 2 cricket ground with a
designated children's play area on the western
boundary. The Club lacks enthusiasm to
malntaln the edges and Su￿OundS of this second
crickei field. The Trust has taken over some of
thi5 maintenance.
The cricket pavilion has alh)wed the Cricket Club
to tet it for various functlons proviéing InC￿aSed
income for the Club.
The Harlow Bowling Club occupies a corner of
Marigolds Field with both men'5 and women's
teams having their share of success. The bowling
rink especially and the rest of the area are in
extremely good condition.
The Forebury continues as open space for
general recreational use for children and dog
walkers etc.
Essex County Council continue to use the Fire
Station with a new lease under discussion. Their
problem 15 the existing appliance house is too
small for a standard fire englne and they have to
have a special.
The new footpath acmss The Forebury is fully
complete with the money having been invested.
There appears to be a problem with the fence as
it continue5 to be knocked down. This is under
review.
The 15m fence between the cricket ground and
the bowling green has been fully erected and

appears to be answering its purFJOSe of stopping
the majority of cricket ball5.
The trust considers most of the land and
buildings thereon to be in a good and
satisfactory state.
