I report to the trustee5 on my examination of the accounts of the 5th Exmouth Sea Scout Group for
the year ended 31st March 2025
Responslbllltles and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the 5th Exmouth Sea Scout Group you are responsible for the preparation
of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l.
I report in respect Of my examination of the 5th Exmouth Sea Scout Group accounts tarried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and ill carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable
Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examlnation. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination givln8 me cause to believe that in any material respect..
