**Objects:** TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA.

**Activities:** We provide a community centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Ivybridge and surrounding area. We offer affordable rates for local community organisations, registered charities and voluntary groups, subsidising lets where appropriate. We constantly develope and upgrade the centre's facilities for everyone to use and enjoy.
