The Group owns scouting equiprnènt.not included in the balan￿ sheet, with an insured
value of £94,267 at 31st March 2024 (same value as last yearl
A number of the trustees of Pinkneys Green Scout Gr￿p hold the property leasehold
interést, ès trustees. in the premises used as the scout hall on Winter Hill. Leasehold is
subjett to a peppertorn rent.

unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concernin8
