**Objects:** (1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF PENN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEE FROM TIME TO TIME THINKS FIT.

**Activities:** We have received capital from the grant of easements across a common and manage the investments to maintain our play and recreation areas. Our 2yr Bond matured in October 2024 and we received credit interest of £2,388.46 giving a final balance of £58,918.75. After taking advice it was determined to re-invest the balance in a 1 Year Bond.
