**Objects:** SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE FORMER PARISH OF SPENCERS WOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT ' WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** The charity manages and maintains the hall as a community asset for use by the residents of Spencers Wood.  The hall is self-funding and used by several local groups / clubs including Babies, Toddlers, Girl Guiding, Badminton, Drama, Karate, Needles and Natter, Seated Exercise classes and Board Games as well as holding a monthly Farmers Market and Repair Cafe. www.swvh.org.uk
