PADWORTh VILLAGE HALL TRUSTEES. REPORT for year*nd 31° December 2021 The trustees of the Willage Hall resigned and Padworth Parish Countil became the sole trustee. A new committee wa5 fornied comprising of 7 members, 3 of which are also Padworth Parish Counclllors. For the interlm period, Mr Mlke Wamer (Chairman of Padworth PC) was appointed joint Chalrman of the VH committee together wlth Mr Mark Lemm. The use of the village hall continued to be restrlcted by the Covid-19 pandemlc. Rental from caravans and ESPINA dld however contlnue and In August our usual source5 of Income began to return. The income for the year was £65.946.60 our expendlture was £70,293.83 8lvln8 rlse to a deficit of {£4,347.231. Our current bank balance at the end of year was £21,468.78. We are pleased that the Village Show will be returnlng In July 2022. The contlnued operation of the hall durin8 these dlfflcult times is down to the hard work of our caretaker, our trustees, Padworth Parish Council. and members of the communlty.
