## **The Good** 

Money - the ship is steady. I have an accounts question but will save that for later in the meeting (its about investment loss) 

Exterior - much improved thanks to Ashley and PC commitment to spray weed killer periodically. 

Interior - tidied thanks to the efforts of all. Improves fire risk position and gives us some space. 

Bookings - costs upped and no adverse effects based on accounts. 

Cooker replaced and gas bottles out of the picture which takes away another risk. Fencing - was that this year? 

Work for the play group - a positive step.

## **The Bad** 

Boiler problems - its not going to be cheap. 

Ad hoc maintenance costs - nothing is ever cheap! 

Localised damage, kids playing in the fence off section at the back, roof tiles etc. Something we have to live with..... 

## **Going Forward** 

Grasp the boiler nettle? Maintain investments - are we happy still? Auditor - do we have one or need help?
