The BSSC could not provide this service without the continued support of the village and local residents. You **may choose** to include further statements, where relevant, about: - policy on grantmaking; - policy programme related investment; - contribution made by volunteers. ## Section D Achievements and performance March **2012** **TAR** 4 ## Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** The BSSC carried out several events during 2022/2023, such as Blunhamfest, Fireworks and the Christmas Lights Switch on; these events engaged the wider community and were put on with the support of many local orgnaising, such as the Village Hall, Parish Council, Chuch, The Horseshoes Pub, Blunham Football Club and Blunham Cricket Club. Fundraising this year across the events has been successful in ensuring the necessary funding to enable the charity to maintain a financially secure level of funding to meet the increased ongoing maintenance costs of the facilities and to provide funds to support future developments. Invested in youth football goals and secure lockup for Blunham Youth Footbal Club to ensure their equipment was stored safely. This allowed Blunham Cricket Club to have its own lockup, opening up more space for clubs to buy further equipment.
