THE PROMOTION OF SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS CONCERNED WITH MEDICAL RESEARCH OR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY (THE BOARD) SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
