Section D
Achievements and performance
The Charity's day to day expenditure of the Pavilion is met by
income earned from hall hire. Reepham Town Council supports the
Charity with the provision of grass cutting at the recreation ground
and payments for health and safety items at the play area, the
skatepark and for the pavilion. The hall hire income decreased
from March 2020 due to the covid 19 pandemic, however local
government grants have been awarded thus providing funds to
cover expenditure.
The Trust during 2021 has made substantial maintenance
improvements to the pavilion to ensure it is kept in a good state of
repair.
Hall hire is increasing again as pandemic restrictions have eased
and publicity on social media has generated enquiries and new
regular bookings. It is anticipated that hall hire income will continue
to fund day to day expenditure along with Reepham Town Council
financial support as previously detailed.

provision of funds for expenditure. The Trust will continue with Maintenan￿ works on the pavilion
to ensure it is maintained in a good state of repair, also work internally will provide a more attractive
