wlth Dorset Councilloorset Youth 8uidance and templates.
Budgets are set by the Trustees for planned expendlture.. all expenses are approved by 2 01 the Trustees.
Procedure5 are Irb place to ensure compliance with health and safety of Trustees, staff, volunteers. clients and visitors to
the Youth club. There a￿ vetting procedure5 required by law lor the protection ol children and these are re8ul¥rlv
monitored to ensure the charity is In compllance and meets the needs of the club.

purposes are set aside from general funds. The Trustees have set a re5er¥e policy to Cover shorttalls in income,
unplanned repair5 or the replacement of hi8h value stems such as the heatin8 Sy51em. In thi5 pa￿ year, the totsl
reserves are set at £15,fK¥) which is held in a higher incorne 5Nng5 account.
