## **Hayes Primary School PTA | Treasurer Report** _Repor�ng Period: 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024_ ## Summary For the repor�ng period, the PTA brought in an income of **£50,763** and spent **£68,265** , leaving a closing balance at 31 August 2024 of **£16,927** (brought forward balance of £34,428). The current account balance, at the �me of wri�ng this report, is **£20,901.31** addi�onal income being received from the Panto �ckets, the Rainbow Run income and a large amount of sales from the Uniform Hut. ## Income Streams The PTA successfully delivered a broad range of events and fundraising ac�vi�es across the year. The key ones being: - **Fireworks £3,328** - **Christmas Fayre £4,680** - **Boogie, Bounce and Bangers, £3,028** are: - **Halloween** - £327 - **Easter Egg hunt** - £742 - **Wonka** - £611 - **Valen�nes** - £299 **£694.60,** with addi�onal income being collected in the 2024-2025 academic year. Our online dona�ons from ParentPay have decreased somewhat since last year – this year’s dona�ons total **£254.13** (last year was £1,605). This could be because of more fundraising events throughout the year so people giving this way. The Uniform Hut con�nues to be a consistently strong source of income for the PTA – genera�ng a profit this year of **£7,090** vs £3,047 last year. ## Expenditure Streams We have had some big school projects to fund for this year, hence the large expenditure amount.
