Our main challenge is to continue to raise funds to support research into diabetes and diabetes related diseases. A particular focus is diabetic retinopathy, a leading cause of blindness in people of the working age.
The aim of DRA is to support primarily basic but also clinical research in diabetes and diabetes related diseases. It is hoped that this support will increase in amount with more active fund raising.
