Charity legislab'on requires the Tnjstees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which gNe a
true and fair view of the state of the affairs of the Charity at the end of the financial year and of the surplus or
deficit for the period.
In Preparing these firlancial statements. the Trustees are required to:

make judgments and accounb'ng estimates that are reasonable and prudent and
ensure applicable accoLSnting standards have been followed
The Trustees are responsible for maintaining adequate accounting record5, for safeguarding the assets of the
Charity and for preventing and detecting fraud and other irregularib'es. The Trustees are also required lo
indicate where the financial statements are prepared other than that the Charity is a going concern.

The Trustees are pleased to present their reFK)rt together with the financial statements of The Charity for
the year ending 31 March 2024
Legal and administralNe infomiation set out on page 1 forms part of this report. The financial statements
comply with tur￿nt statutory reqtjirements, the Trust D￿lment and the Statement of Recommend Practi
- Aceounling and Reporb"ng by Charities.
Objects of The Charity
The TnJ51ees hold the capital and income of the Foundation Chrisb'an Fellowship Trust Fund upon Trust for
A. The advancement of the Christian Faith.. and
B. The relief of sickness and the preservation arsd protection of physical and mental health.
C. The relief of PDvety.
Organisation
A board of three Trustees. who meet annualty. administer The Charity.
Rev Janet Wood and Rev Stephen wc￿ are appointed by the Trustee5 to manage the day-to-day
operations of The Charity.
Mr Geofftey Samways continues in the post of Assistant Pastor which includes administratwe duties,
thereby giving Revs Stephen and Janet more freedom to fvffil their pastoral duties.
Financial Powers
The degree of financial powers grven to the Rev Janet W¢y)d and Rev Stephen Wood remain as
determined by the Trustees that advance approval of the Trustees wll now only be required if the sum
exceeds £1000.00.
The Charity operates with a General Fund and a Building Fund wthin the accounts.
The Building Fund is not designated and is used generalty for building fund purposes, but the tTuslees retain
the right lo use the money elsewhere rf necessary.
Related Parties
The Charity is a member of Churches Together in Wamiinster, and a recommended church through
Kenneth Copeland Ministries wthin the United ￿ngdOM.

Rewew of Charity Actiwties
Church Services
During this financial year. The Charity held regular Sunday worship services in the Sancluary of Grace
Christian Centre . A Weekly Prayer Meeting lakes place every Tuesday in Grace Christian Cenlre. Plus
monthly Prayer Night on the last Thursday of the month.
The Charity had a number of vtsiting guest ministers from around the U
David and Faith Dalley from Bath ministered in September 2023.
Pastor Frank Amoako-Gyampah from London ministered in October 2023.
John and Sue Whitehouse from Dudley ministered in November 2023_
Pastor Timothy Ramsay from Luton ministered in January 2024.
Tony and Julie Sheard from Bath ministered in February 2024.
Mike Ellis from Weston-SuFer-Mare ministered in March 2024.
Registered for Marriages
On 23rd April 2012 Gra￿ chrisb.an Centr8 was fulty registered as an official Place of Worship.
It was also ￿gIStered for the Solemnisation of Marriages on the same date.
During 2018, Pastors Stephen and Janet Wood and Assistant Pastor Geoff Samways, were listed wrth the
Register Office as Registered Persons for the Solemnisation of Marriage. A marriage took place in Grace
Christian Centre 29th Janaury 2024 belween Lalaine Pepilo and Lars Thalmann, the wedding was 2
blessing for all who attended.
The year's other events included..
None.
Men's Meetings.
There were no in person Men's meetings.
Churches Together in Wamiinster.
The church continues lo play an active part in C.T.W.
Assistant Pastor Geoff Samways being the Treasurer.
The Street Pastors scheme continues in Wamiinsler. Pastor Geoff Samways is an active member.
Rev. Stephen Wood has now resigned as Treasurer after serrving for ten years.
Further Ministry to the people of Wamiinsier.
The Charity is on a Rola of churches providing a Sunday Service slot on the local radio.
This radio now has a licence to transmit to Ihe peopte of Waminsler and the local area.
The message was sent to the station by email for broadcasL
The visits lo Henford House continue to take place fortnighty- We also have a service in Ashford House,
another care home . once a month.
The Charity is involved wth the Christian Ad Week in May_
This includes promoting the week and arranging collectK)n of donations.
The Charity supports a venture in WaFrnirbSter called Cornerstone.
This is an outreach to the disadvantaged in WaTminsler. providing them with support and guidance,
including help with the use of online systems for benefits and claims.
Pastor Geoff Samways is one of the Trustees of the Comerstone charity and is also onsite once every
weeks to assist any clients that call in to Comerstone.

The Charity runs Precious Ones, a free weekly baby and toddler group for the community.
This was held for most of the cutrent period_
The Charity now wod(s with tsvo chafitses called NeNJhbourty and Fare5hare.
Both charities allow us lo collect surplus stock that is atx)ul to go out of dale.
The charity collects this surplus and delivers tt to those in need in Warminster.
Neighbourly liaise with the Lidl food store where we collect food on a Fnday.
Fareshare provide a similar Servi￿ on Sundays from the local Tesco and Waitrose stores.
All this surplus food is gratefully received.
Church-R(Jn Courses.
The Life-skills course run by The Charity is still being taught to many people t￿th wthin and outside the
church. These are life<hanging for those attending.
The course conb.nues to be run by the Pastors and attendance will remain tree of charge.
The Charity's own 'Foundation Class, course is still being offered to newcomers to church.
Conferences
There were no conferences during this reporting penod.
Oulreaeh
There was no outreach during this reporting period.
Income
Income from church members was £137.727.
This Included online donations of £320_
The Inland Revenue Gift Ad retum. received for the year was £29.967.
Total Income £173.975.
Gifts lo the poor.
Giving lo persons in necessrtous circumstances this year totalled £36 which provided baby nappies and
baby clothes.
The church also runs its own Fooxybank. those in need are supplierj fox)d for their family.
Love Gifts.
Many love gifts to individL¢als were financial. totslling £6,886, to bless people both within and outside the
church. Both those who have been a blessing lo the church and those in financial need. Including help wth
the costs of Iwo member family funeral¥.
What?_ Wamiinster Help and Action Team
Estsblished in October 2002, What? is an outreach of The Charty
A ministry that meets the needs of people including foL%£, clothing, fumiture. comfort etc.
It is financed by the Gifts to the Poor account a￿Ve.

Monthly Missions SupwrL
Action Aid and Dr Barnardos to help chiklren in each case.
A bi-monthly offering is taken for Joseph Storehouse. A ministry based in Jerusalem and ministering to the
poor there, including school supplies for children.
The total amount donated to Joseph Storehouse during the year was £1176.40.
The God Channel- Christian TV programme to support their ongoing ministy.
Christian collected and ¢Jonated was £235.
The total missions giving for the year vrds £4.216.
Salaries
Rev Stephen Wood re￿¢Ve$ remuneration as the senior Pastor of the church.
The Trustees have set the salary of Rev Stephen Wwd at £2500 per month.
Secretarial wages are cuffenlly set at £150 per week.
Assistant Pastor Geoffrey Samways is now receiving £28.104 per annum.
The Employers National Insurance contribub'on for the year was £507.
This reduced figure is due to the Government alkiwance inGrea5ing to £5000.00
Pension Scheme - 5 /0 from each employee plus 3Yo from FCF as the employer.
Vehicles. The Charity only has one vehicle now, the Freelander.
Church Building.
The building at Woodcock Road is called the Grace Christian Centre and is the home of FCF.
A five year Lease has been agreed al £22,000 running from February 2020 to February 2025.
The maintenance charge was £2,577 and the annual insurance cost. after a rebate from the previDUS year
was £972.
Health and Safety
The Trustees are conversant y￿h the Heath and Safety Executive guidelines and have instTUCted Rev
Stephen and Rev Janel Wood to ensure these are implemented throughout The Charity. The Health and
Safety Policy Statement is approved by the Tnjstees.

Risk Assessment.
The Trustees of The Charity acknowledge their resFonsith'lty in the ￿entifiCatiOn, assessment, review and
control of major risks faced by The Charity.
The Trustees confirm that a risk management strategy and plan is in place.
Child Protection Policy
The Charity has enrolled wf(h the Churches Child Pmtection Agency Service as its Umbrella Body. Now
known as Thity-one Eight,. lo obtain Crirninal Records Disclosures for those working with children.
A Child Prolecbon Policy for The Chartty has been approved by the trustees.

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024. which are set out on pages 10 to 16.
Respecttve responsibilities of trustee and examiner
The charity's trustees are reswnsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitys trustees consider that
an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 {the Charities Act) as that an
independent examination is needed.
11 is my responsibility to examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act, to follow the procedures
laid down in the General Directives gwen by the Charities Commissioners {Under section 145(5)Ibl and to
slate whether particular matters have come to my attent￿n.
Basis of independent examinerfs report
My examination was carried out in accordance wth the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination include a review of the a¢¢ounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items
or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanats.on from you as truslees conceming any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not prowde all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis, as modified by the revaluation
of ￿rtain financial assets and liabilib.es and investment properties measured at fair value through profit
or loss.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling. which is the functional currency of the entity.
Tangible assets
Tangible assets are initialty recorded at ¢osL and are subsequenty stated at cost less any accumulated
depreciation and impaimient losses.
Any tangible assets carried at revalued amounts ate recorded at the fair value al the date of revaluation
less any subsequent accumulated depreciation and subsequent accumulated impaimient losses.
An increase in the Carrying amount of an asset as a result of a revaluation, is recognised in other
comprehensive income and accumulated in capital and reserves. except to the extent il reverses a
revaluation decrease of the same asset previously recognised in profit or loss. A decrease in the
arrying amount of an asset as a resuK of revaluation is recognised in other comprehensive income lo
the extent of any previously re¢ognised revaluation increase accumulated in ¢apitsl and reserves in
respect of that asset. Where a revaluation decrease eX￿edS the accumulated revaluation gains
aceumulated in capital and reserves in respect of that asset. the excess shall be recognised in profit or
loss.
Depreciation
Depreciation is calculaled 50 a5 to write off the cost or valuation of an asset, les5 its residual value.
