(B) TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY PROMOTING ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR WHOSE HOUSING CONDITIONS ARE UNSATISFACTORY.

CSE seeks energy solutions that engage people and communities to meet real needs for both environmentally sound and affordable energy services.
