**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE LEAGUE SHALL BE TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF SALISBURY HOSPITAL AND OTHER HEALTH CARE FACILITIES WITHIN THE LOCAL AREA SERVED BY THAT HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE HOSPITAL AND THE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES WITHIN THE LOCAL AREA.

**Activities:** To mobilise, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public in patients and the support of the work of Salisbury General Hospital.To provide funds to supplement as The League sees fit the resources of the Hospital Services, or putting such funds or any part thereof at the disposal of the Foudation Trust in supplementing such resources.
