The Trust's objects are the promotion of the conservation of modern and contemporary sculpture for the public benefit, the education of conservators and the funding of research into the conservation and restoration of sculptures. The trust will consider grants to individual conservators, private sector conservation companies and institutions, the majority of grants are under £5,000.

Objects: I) The Promotion Of Conservation Of Sculpture Generally But In Particular Sculpture Made After 1900 For The Public Benefit Ii) The Education Of Conservators And Other Persons Or Organisations In Sculpture Conservation Iii) The Promotion And Funding Of Research (And The Publication Of The Useful Results Of That Research) Recording Documenting And Restoration Of Sculpture And The Provision Of Equipment Facilities Tools And Techniques Associated With The Preservation And Conservation Of Such For The Public Benefit
