**Objects:** (I) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE BREEDING AND REARING OF LIVESTOCK, HORTICULTURE AND AGRICULTURE IN PARTICULAR BY HOLDING AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW. (II) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF AYLSHAM RECREATION GROUND; AND (III) TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE COMPANY SHALL DECIDE.

**Activities:** 1)  -  To promote all aspects of agriculture, by education, other activities, and in particular by holding an annual agricultural         show.2)  -  To promote the usage and improvements to Aylsham Recreation Ground.3)  -  Surplus proceeds to be distributed as agreed by the Council, to mainly local charitable causes, and other charitable          institutions.
