(II) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL OR EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE AFORESAID BOUNDARIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (III) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WARE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
