for the men. Their z￿)M medin8s were instru￿tal in foswing fellowship and ideas and provided VI￿ knowledge for the
men.
A h￿th webinar titled Towar¢ts Beller ￿lthd and Body Well-Being was held over ￿￿>M ott 1st April 2023. Speakers at the
setninar were Dr Kolade t>aoud4 # general practitioner *lvised the men on rec￿1 h¢￿th trends amon8 men. mainly of
Afr￿arIbbe4n descen( and how these health ehaJlen8es can k mttsgakd. Our second 5pe4ker at this event was Linda
Fordjour. a certified nutritionist adV￿d the men on I￿lthY eAttng habits and the detr1rn￿ts of ceffain fth)ds.
