**Objects:** THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE RELIEF AND THE PROMOTION OF THE WELFARE OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY DISEASE AND THEIR DEPENDANTS OR THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF KIDNEY DISEASE AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** We provide financial and social support to Adult Renal patients under Wessex Kidney Care that reside on the Isle of Wight. We achieve this through fundraising and social events throughout the year and donations from patients or families.  All applications are approved by the committee members prior to financial support being offered.
