**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND BIRDS OF ALL KINDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF BEING SICK, MALTREATED,STRAY,NEGLECTED OR UNWANTED TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** We continued to provide sanctuaries for the care and protection of cats and kittens and to place unwanted animals with new owners.  We also continued to provide financial assistance for veterinary treatment for those who could not afford it.
