The events organised by Friend8 of
Southborough raise funds to Support the
school in a variety of ways. The main use
of the funds 18 to support the school with
the purchase of items and resources vthich
will further enhan￿ the experiences and
leaming of the Children. In addits'on to this,
we top up pu￿1 premium budgets and
support with contributions towards Ihe Year .

of £25.961 having made £3,881 in the year.
Thi8 ha8 arisen from a #ell out firework
display in November 2021 raisirvJ a net
profil of £3.9k, a sucttssful summer fair
Mising £5.6k, secrets rooms raising £1.7k
and various other events and activities
roising another £4.7k.
The main expenditure in the year for the
school was the Sail Shade that was
purchased and installed in the grourKls of
the school. This will provide much needed
shaée and cover for th8 children when
outside in all kinds of weathers. We also
bought a new dishwasher for the acom
room, a new frA*ball kit for the girfs team,
funded the coxh for the year 6 ioumey
purchased supplies for the edible garden.
