**Objects:** TO PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TOWNSPEOPLE OF WARMINSTER AND THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE AND OF THE NATION AT LARGE WHATEVER OF THE ENGLISH HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE MAY EXIST IN AND AROUND THE TOWN OF WARMINSTER AFORESAID IN THE FORM OF BUILDINGS OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST.

**Activities:** Rescuing listed buildings at risk within the conservation area of Warminster, if the buildings have been on the market for sometime with no other sign of rescue. Also, if asked by the owner of a prestigious building within the conservation area the trustees may consider donating a small grant towards the repair of a specific item.
