The Michael Biskw Foundation was establlshed In 1987 by the settlor, Mlchaei Bishop InDW Lord Glendonbrook). It
is a reglstered charity, number 297627. Slnce Its estsbli5hment In 1987 It has dT5tributed more than £37 milllon to
more than one hurthjred different charitable or8antsatfons In the United Klngdom and through The Glendonbrook
Foundailon in Au5tralla.
The entire resour￿ of the Foundatlon are unrestrlcted and the Tnthes have complete dIs￿li0n over their ￿e.
The management of the Foundation Is conducted solely by the TnNteès. Applications for fundln8 are submltted
thrc#Jgh the webslte Imfchaelb6shopfouNJatlon.or4} and are reviewed by the Trustées tw(ce a year In October and

The assets of the ChatSty con515t prfndpally of Inve5trnents and tash these are collectively recorded on the
Balance Sheet and sjpporting notes at thelr market value on that dats, Any Increase or decrease over costs on the
restaternent of these values is recorded In the Statement of Finandal Actlvlties.
The Tru5tee5 investment power5 are unre5trlcted. They engage professlonal Investment managers to manage t
investments and Set the Objectives of the mana8ers, whlch are broadly to mèxfmlse total retum having thtè regard
to risk and preservation of capital. Thè Managers are alxs set speciflc pwfonnance benclbnarks which are
monitored agalnst the actstal perforrnance by the Trustees on a slx-monthly bas1s. The current Investment
manager5 are Evelyn Partner5 who at year end managed approxlmately £13.8m. Navera InvestmÈnt
Management who managed apPr￿MateLY £32m and Canaccord rnanaged £6.7m. Durfng the year ended March
31st 2025, excludlng capital adthtlons and withdrawals, the Evelyn portfolfo Investment returr¢ was 3.2% , the
Nayera portfolio was 2.8% and Canaccord portfolio was 4.6%. In the event of underperf¢)nnance agalnst
benchmarks for a nurnber of perlods the Trustees would revfew the mandate of the manager and after takfng
appropriate profe55ional advlce would seek an altemative manager or mana8ers.
OBJECTIVES ACTIVITIES AND PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Charity's objectives and prlnclpai actiwtles are to extend donations to any quallfyTng Chari￿es. bodie5 or
organi5atlons of any purpose in any part of the world which under the laws of England and Wales shall L
recognised a5 purely charftable. As Indlcated above the Trustees support a wlde range of aetlyities which In thelr
discretlon they feel approprlate.
The Trustees confimi that they have roferred to the quidarKe In the Charlly Commi55lon's 8eneral $uldance c
publlc benefit when revtewing the Fujndatlon's akn5 artd objectlves and In piann1nq future ACtivitle5 and Set￿n4
the grant making policy.

As noted above, the Charity's Investments are managed by Evelyn Partners. Navera Investment Management
Llmlted and Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, under a dlscretlonary mandate and a consetvative
