## Activities

**Objects:** 1. TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN OR AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 2. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 3. TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION PROTECTION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Hold monthly meetings and talks for members. Arrange trips to places of interest (usually twice per annum). In 2001 we published a book, written by two members of the Society, entitled " OLD CATTON IN THE TWENTIETH CENTURY". In accordance with its constitution continues its work to protect the interests of Old Catton. Publish information and photographs on our website
