**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION AND INTEREST IN MUSIC, ESPECIALLY ORCHESTRAL MUSIC, BY THE PERFORMANCE OF CONCERTS, PARTICULARY IN THE KINGSTON AREA AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE ASSOCIATION, THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE, SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.

**Activities:** Provides an opportunity for amateur musicians to perform at an advanced level alongside a professional conductor and orchestral leader. Provides an opportunity for local soloists to play with the orchestra. Provides local composers to have their music performed. Supports composition students at local university.
