**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO A STUDENT OF THOMAS MILLS HIGH SCHOOL FRAMLINGHAM SUFFOLK TO BE AWARDED TO THE STUDENT WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES MOST COMBINED ENTHUSIASM AND INTEREST IN ACADEMIC STUDY WITH LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO SCHOOL LIFE AND SERVICE TO OTHERS. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 5 OF TRUST DEED).

**Activities:** The charity supports the education of pupils and former pupils (under the age of 25) of Thomas Mills High School, a state comprehensive school in Framlingham, Suffolk.   It does this in a number of ways: by awarding an annual prize; by supporting former pupils who are currently medical students; by providing assistance with the cost of travel for educational purposes and for connected purposes.
