Financial Statements
The Trustees preqent their annual rep)rt and the financial staiements of the trust for the year ended 31
March 2025. The Trustees confimi that the annual report and financial statements of the charity comply
with the rcquircments of thc charity's governing documcnt and thc provisions of the Statcment of
Recommended Practice {SORP)'. Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in
accordancc with thc Fillancial Rcporting Standard applicablc in thc UK and Rcpublic of Ircland (FRS
102) {effective l January 2015) (Charities SORP (FRS102)) and the Charities Act 2011.
Constitution and principal #etivity
Thc charity was cstablishcd by dccd on 16 March 1987 by A H Dunn. Thc dccd dirccts that thc charity's
funds should bc uscd for such Ch￿ItabLe purp05C5 as thc tru5tces ill their absolute discrction consider fit.
Statement of trustees, responsibilities
The Trustees ale responsible for preparing Ilie trustee's report and the financial slalements in accordance
with applicablc law and Unitcd Kingdom Accounting stand￿d5 (United Kingdom Generally Acceptcd
Accounting Practice).
The Trustees are required lo prepare financial slalements for each financial year which give a true and
fair ￿l¢W of the affairs of the ¢harity and of the in¢oming reqources and application of resources of the
charity for that period. In preparing those financial statements the trustees are required to..
sclcct suitablc accounting policics and thcn apply thcm consislcntly-
observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP 2015 (FRS102)'
make judgements artd estimates that are reasonable and prudent;

Trustees, remuneratlon
There were no fees or charges paid lo any Trustees in the year.
Trustees review
During the year the trustees awarded charit<ible donations cimounting to £105,250 (2024.. £87,500) aq
detailed in Note 3. The incoming resourceq of the charity amounted to £58,359 (2024.. £58,764) and the
excess of expenditure over income before accounting for changes to investments amounted to a deficit of
£79,665 (2024.. deficit £60,462).

Purpose and Aims
The objective of the Charity is for the fundq to be u.qed for such charitable purposes a.q the trustee.q in their
absolute discretion consider fit.
DeliN'ering Public Benefit
Our mail) aim is to makc donations to registered charities. The Tn]stees review the work of the charities
nominated to receive the donations to ensure a public benefit will be achieved.
Thc Trustccs confirm that thcy havc rcfcrrcd to thc guidancc containcd in thc Charity Commission's
gcncral guidance on public bcncfit whcn rcvicwing thc Trust's aims and objcctivcs and in planning futurc
activilics. In particular, thc Trustccs havc considcrcd how planncd activitlcs will contribulc to thc aims
and objcctivcs sct.
Ensurlng the alms are met
In thc year under review the Tru51cc5 havc considcrcd and rcwiewcd a widc range of applications for
charitable donations. The Trustees have made 32 (2024.. 31) donations to registered charities amounting
to £105,250 {2024.. £87,500).
Reserves policy
The Trustees reserve the ability lo relain part of the trust's income for any year as part of ils reserves and
not to distribute the whole of the unexpended income if in that year the Truslees do not identify sufficient
recipieiits worthy of their support.
Investment policy
Inveqtmentq are held which are considered by the Trnstees to be appropriate in temis of both income
generation and capital gmwth for the purpose of the Charity.
Risk assessment
The Trustee8 have considered the major risks to which the Charity i.q exposed and have reviewed those
risks and established systems and procedures to manage those risks.
The simplicity of the Charity and its structure leads the trustees to believe that there are no major risks
to which thc charity is cxposcd.

We report to the Charity Trustees on our examination of the accounts of the Charity for the year ended
31 March 2025 which are set out on page8 5 to 10.

As the Charity's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
rcquircn]cnts of thc Charitics Act 2011 ('thc Act.).

We have completed our examination. We confinn that no material maltets have come to my attention in

accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act;

Unrestricted funds are available for use at the discretion of the trustees in furtherance of the
