undersection145ofthe2011Actandincarryingoutmyexamination,have
followedtheapplicableDirectionsgivenbytheCharityCommissionunder section
145(5)(b)oftheAct

Thavecompleted myexamination.confirmthatnomaterialmattershavecometo
myattention(otherthanthatdisclosedbelow)inconnectionwiththeexamination
which givesme causetobelievethatin,anymaterialrespect:

1 Accounting Policies
(a) Basis of Preparation:
Thesefinancialstatementshavebeenpreparedunder thehistorical
costconventionandinaccordancewithapplicableaccounting
standards andstatement ofrecommendedaccountingpractice-
AccountingforCharities.Theyincludetheresultsofthecharities
operations,allof which are continuing.
Thecharityisexemptfrom therequirementstoproduceacashflow
statementasitisentitledto exemptionsforsmallcompanies'financial
statementssetouttosections246to 249 CompaniesAct1985.
(b) Income and Expenditure:
Grants andsimilarincomeareaccountedforonanaccrualbasis.
Othersourcesofincomereceivedonalessregularbasisare
creditedtotheincomeandexpenditureaccountwhenreceived.
Expenditureincludesitems,whichhavebeenpaidas wellasthose
Costsincurredbutnotpaidat thebalancesheetdate.
(C)Fixed AssetsandDepreciation:
Depreciationiscalculatedtowritedownthecostofallfixedassetsto
their estimatedresidualvaluesbyequalannual instalmentsover the
periodoftheir estimatedusefullives,which are consideredtobefour
years.
Grants and Donations relating to fixed assets:
(d) relating to fixed Grantsand donations, which have been provided specifically (orthe purchase of fixed assets, are credited to revenue in the year of receipt, Fixed assetsdonatedare capitalized in the balancesheet and included as grants and donations in the revenueaccount.
(e) Grants and donations relating to building fund:
Grantsand donations which have been provided specifically forthe improvement and extension of future premisesare treated as fixed assets according to fundersinstructions.
2. Income:
The Charity's income consists mainly of grants and donations plus Self-generated income from the lunch takings, fundraising und other activities.

The trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity {"the Trust")
for the year ended 31 March 2023
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charrty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan WFth the requirements of the Chartties Act 2011 ("the
Act.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the2011Actand in carying out my examination, I have
followed the applicable Directions given by the Charrty Commission under section
145(5){b) of the Act
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to
my attention (other than that disclosed below) in connection with the examination
which gives me cause to believe that in. any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section130 of the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with applicable requirements concerning the fomi and
content of the accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the account give a 'true or fair
which is not a matter considered as part of the independent examination.
