The Charity ss govemed by the charitable deed of covenant dated 20 July 1987 aRd a supplemental deed atid deed

GRANTS POLICY
The two majL)r recipients of the grants are UK and For¢ign Charities, both irgistered and noE]-registei'ed, and
acadeinic institutions. Bestway Foundation awards gi.a￿tS to those c￿￿.1ties, which are Cllgagcd in activitÈes that
endorse the Foundation's objectives. The majoiity of the grdnts ar¢ i￿ade on an annual basis.
Donations on behalf of students are iisually made direct to academÉ¢ Institutions. The payments inade to students
air n)ad¢ keeping in mind the individual's fainily cii'cllinstances and are in line witli the objectives of th¢ cliai'ity.
In the year ended 30 June 2025, Bestway Foundation award¢d grants to a total value of £471,709 (2024..
£1,101,580). Details of giants awarded duiing the year are given in Note 5 to the f￿ancial statetnenls.
FINANCIAL REVIBW AND INVESTMENF POLICY
The in¢omÈng resources comprises of income from various investtllents and other donations.

trustees have a i'easonable expectation that the Foundatioft) has adequat¢ re%oui¢¢s to continue in operational
